📑 Required Documents for Admission in Romanian University
If you are planning to apply for studies in Romania, it is essential to prepare and submit a complete set of documents as part of the admission process.
Below is the official list of required documents for international applicants:

Application form for admission – PDF version, 2 copies;

Certified copy of the Baccalaureate Diploma or equivalent – for undergraduate studies;

Certified copy of the graduation certificate – for postgraduate (Master) applicants or PhD;

Certified copy of academic record – translated into Romanian, English, or French;

Certified copy of the Birth Certificate;

Medical certificate – specifying that the candidate does not have any contagious diseases or any other diseases incompatible with the medical profession;

Certified copy of Passport;

Self-declaration – a statement given on the candidate's own responsibility confirming that his/her high school leaving diploma (Baccalaureate diploma) enables him/her to apply in the issuing country for Bachelor's degree studies;

Language certificate – except for applicants from countries where the official language is the language of instruction.
Note: This certificate can also be obtained from the university after successfully passing a language test before enrollment. If presented, the certificate exempts the candidate from taking the test before beginning studies in international languages.
